holy shit this is nice I thaught I was an ok animator (even though I have only been using flash for a couple weeks //2088.txmafia dot com.
But damn this is good! it's movies like this that make me believe i'll never be good :(

It's rather simple actually
Either google image search: film grain
OR
If you have photoshop, make an image with dimensions a bit bigger than your canvas in flash, and filter>noise>add noise (be sure that it's gaussian and monochromatic) and set it to however high you want it.
Then add your image into flash and make it a movie clip, add keyframes and in each one either flip the image or move it around.

This was incedibly well done before I started making flash I hardly looked at details but since I havestarted using flash i notice alot of details I normally wouldn't have and omfg this must have taken you forever this is definatly worth 10/10.

This game is kinda easy when you get to the best weapon type (the big ass purple beam) when you get that and the heat seakers its downhill from there but man is this game addicting!
